 Veteran Timaru rally driver Carl Rabbidge is set to re-appear on the competitive New Zealand National Rally scene, for the first time in 25 years, at the Dunlop International Classic Rally of Otago this weekend, but with only half of his Escort.

 The top speed in this month’s Rally of Otago will have a new co-driver calling the pacenotes over the two days of action on April 10 and 11.
Richard Mason, the winner of the event in 2007 and 2008, usually has his wife, Sara Mason, sitting beside him in their Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

Quality field for 2010 Rally of Otago |

 Eighty-five entries have been received for the 2010 Rally of Otago, which includes the first round of the New Zealand Rally Championship, and the popular Dunlop International Classic Rally.
To be held in and around Dunedin on April 10 and 11, the Rally of Otago boasts some of the biggest names in New Zealand rallying, as well as drivers from Italy and Australia.
